The data controller of the Service Users is Polska Agencja Prasowa SA in liquidation, hereinafter referred to as PAP SA, with its registered office in Warsaw at Bracka Street 6/8, 00-502 Warsaw.
Data may be shared at the request of the data controller with entities of the PAP SA capital group, trusted partners of PAP SA, and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law.
The controller collects data solely for the purposes of:
providing services electronically,
detecting service abuse,
statistical measurements and service improvement.
Advertisements displayed on the pages of our Service are not tailored to user preferences, and no data is collected that would allow for ad personalization.
The controller collects data solely for the above-mentioned and lawful purposes, i.e.:
based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the controller, such as conducting statistics, monitoring traffic on PAP SA websites, analyzing and improving services, and ensuring their security;
based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity for the performance or conclusion of a contract to which the User is a party (these are data necessary for proper website display and service functionality).
The controller does not process special categories of data.
The controller applies organizational and technical security measures to protect data from unauthorized access by third parties.
The controller may share data with entities of the PAP SA capital group, trusted partners of PAP SA, and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law.
Collected data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
