1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the PAP.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), available at www.pap.pl.
2. The publisher and administrator of the Service is Polska Agencja Prasowa S.A. in liquidation, headquartered in Warsaw, ul. Bracka 6/8, 00-502 Warsaw, registered in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000067663, with a fully paid share capital of PLN 52,703,520, NIP 526-02-50-742 (hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”).
3. The Publisher holds exclusive proprietary copyrights to the content published on the Service (texts, photos, videos, graphics).
4. By using the materials made available on the Service, the User (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) declares that they have read these Terms of Service, accept its provisions, and agree to comply with them.
5. The Publisher does not consent to the use of materials available on the Service for the exploitation of texts and data within the meaning of Article 26³ of the Copyright and Related Rights Act.

1. Use of the Service is free of charge, except where the Publisher or third parties provide paid services within the Service, which will be appropriately marked and made available under separate terms and conditions.
2. Content posted on the Service may be used within the scope of permitted personal use as defined in Articles 23 and following of the Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994.
3. Any use beyond this scope, including public dissemination of content available on the Service, requires separate written consent from the Publisher.
4. If such consent is granted, the User must always indicate the source of the used content as follows: “source: www.pap.pl”, and comply with the conditions of the granted consent.
5. Whenever these Terms mention the need to obtain the Publisher’s consent, such requests may be sent via email to: projekty@pap.pl.

1. To use the Service and the services provided within it, the following are required: an Internet connection and a web browser capable of displaying web pages on a computer or other electronic device.
2. Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR). Details on data processing can be found in the “Privacy Policy” section of the Service.
3. The Publisher does not guarantee that information and materials transmitted via the Internet through the Service will reach the User in an error-free, complete, and accurate form. The Publisher also does not guarantee uninterrupted browsing of the Service, absence of technical faults, or that the User will obtain the exact information they were seeking.
4. The Service as a whole, as well as its individual elements, are protected under applicable laws, including:
   • the Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994,
   • the Database Protection Act of July 27, 2001,
   • the Unfair Competition Act of April 16, 1993,
   • the Industrial Property Law of June 30, 2000.
5. The Service may also present links, materials, and presentations referring to offers and services of third parties.
6. Users use the Service at their own risk. The Publisher is not responsible for any consequences of using the Service, especially for decisions made by the User based on information obtained from the Service.

1. These Terms of Service are effective from the moment they are published on the Service website, i.e., from February 26, 2025.
2. The Publisher reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service at any time.
3. In the event of any changes, the Publisher will promptly inform Users by publishing the updated Terms on the Service website.
4. The Publisher will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Service and the services available within it but is not liable for any interruptions in the operation of the Service or its services.
5. The Publisher reserves the right to temporarily disable the Service, in whole or in part, due to technical breaks or the implementation of new functional solutions, including those enhancing security and service quality.
6. The Publisher also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue certain services and to modify their functionalities.
